Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Before Processing: Orders may be modified or canceled within 6 hours of purchase.
- After Processing Begins: Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, changes and cancellations may no longer be available.
- Requesting a Change: To request an order update or cancellation, please contact us at support@legacykits.co and include your order number along with the requested changes.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Remain in original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or customized jerseys
- Gift cards
To begin a return request, please email support@legacykits.co. Our team will provide detailed return instructions and any necessary shipping information.
We will cover all return shipping costs if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- You receive the wrong item
Covered by the Customer
If the return is due to personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges when:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong product was received
- The product significantly differs from its description
- A size or color exchange is requested (excluding customized items)
Exchange Processing
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, replacement orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
After your returned item is delivered and inspected, approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days.
Bank Processing Time
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account.
Refund Method
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
